A full on day of baking for the keen bread enthusiast. Covering Sourdough and slow fermented yeasted breads.
Enjoy a full day of baking, starting at 9.30am & finishing approx 5pm. We will be making our own pizza for lunch and leaving with an over flowing bag of bread, all for £110.
Gift Vouchers are available for £110. Simply purchase a voucher then book in a course date that suits. (These can be posted out)
We can also supply a bakers hamper which includes: bread course voucher, proofing basket, selection of flours, dough scraper, yeast and a bakers lame for £135. (These need to be collected from the bakery)
Dates for Summer/Autumn 2017
We ask for full payment within 2 weeks of booking confirmation.
If we have to cancel the course for any reason, we will refund you in full. If you have booked and have to cancel you must let us know at least 2 weeks before the course to receive a full refund, otherwise we will have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee, unless we can fill your place. You can pay by BACS, cheque made out to Haxby Bakehouse or by credit and debit card if you are able to come in to the bakery in Haxby.
